What We Do

Supported Living services "I Have Choice"
Our Supported Living services are commited to meeting our customers’ needs whether it is for just a few hours a week or 24/7 with sleep in or waking staff, we are proud to put choice and control in people's hands when it comes to deciding how they want to live, with who and where they want to live and how much support they need. We take the time to learn what is important to you and by taking a person centred approach we ensure the support you receive is tailored to your needs, enabling you to maintain your independence, build and maintain your circle of support and develop your life skills so that you can make the most out of what life has to offer. What are your goals? What are your ambitions? Where do you want to live? How do you want to live? Who do you want to live with? These are just a few of the questions we ask people that use our Supported Living Services.

Residential Care "I Have Control"
Our Residential Care Service offers you a warm, friendly environment, with highly trained staff to work with you in a person centred way, giving you choice and control in how you wish your needs to be met. We also offer a respite service, which is a short break, when your main carer goes away. This could be for 1 day or 2-3 weeks, dependent on your needs. Our staff are there 24 hours per day, to give you support as and when you need it. We will support you to maintain your independence by enabling you to make your own drinks and snacks, if you wish to, but staff will do this if you are unable to do so. You can have your own personal belongings in your room, such as TV, drawers, photos, ornaments, etc, to make it your own special space. Staff are there to support you in going out into the community, as and when you want to. Our aim is to ensure that you are at the centre of any decisions that are about you, and how you want to live, and what support you will need to enable you to live the way you want to.

Floating Support & Personal Assistants "I Have Dignity"
Our Floating Support services are just that, floating support as and when you need it. Our Personal assistants are available to help you as and when you need them, and we pride ourselves in offering consistency, so you are able to work with the people that you have come to know and trust. Our values and ethos are consistent across our whole range of services that we provide, this is to promote independence, choice and control for all of our customers.

Community Life Choices "I Am Independent"
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to spend your free time doing the things you enjoy? Well our “Spoilt 4 Choice” centre offers you just that, a range of activities to suit whatever mood you are in. We’ve also included a snoezelen room which is sure to keep you stimulated. We designed our services using feedback from our customers, so if there’s anything you want us to add in, just ask! We’re opening early in 2013 and we hope you are as excited about this as we are!

Individual & Personal Budgets "I Am An Individual"
Do you want be at the centre of your support? Then Individual & Personal Budgets are for you. We, and the government believe you should have greater freedom over the control and support you receive and personal budget offers just that. We can offer you support in completing the relevant forms to allow you to access your personal budget and also support you with managing your finances. You and your support network can decide on how to use your allocated budget, giving you the freedom to decide what suits your needs best. With your Personal budget you can… Access the local community activities you enjoy be supported in your home Go on holiday and take short breaks You and your support network really are in control of how you live. We can also assist with payroll, recruitment and budget management.
